Tânia Fernandes is a prominent architect and urban planner who graduated from Universidade Paulista (UNIP). With a solid academic base, she has a Master’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, and Light Design from the Postgraduate Institute (IPOG), as well as an MBA in Management and Project and Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Its commitment to sustainability is evidenced by its coalition in Sustainable Architecture and Renewable Energy by the Brazilian Institute of Architects (IAB). Tânia also stands out as a musician and artist, demonstrating an intense passion for all art forms.
Tânia Fernandes, co-creator of the B3 Stone Project, a stone construction system, is also a central figure in John’s success story. This innovative project reflects the company’s dedication to sustainability and innovation in the construction sector.
As CEO of the companies TF Arquitetura Inteligente, Volitar Arquitetura e Design, and TF Gestão e Construção, Tânia leads with an innovative spirit and vision of the future. His participation in the design of the B3 Stone Construction System, developed in partnership with John Thomazini, represented a significant advance in sustainable construction.
Tânia Fernandes is a multifaceted professional who combines technical expertise, artistic creativity, and a deep commitment to sustainability in all her initiatives.
Claudio Olany is a professional with a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (ITA). He has a Master’s and Doctorate in the same area. He also holds an MSc in “National Security and Resource Strategy” from the USA’s National Defense University (NDU). He also holds a degree in Aeronautical Science from the Air Force Academy (AFA).
As an Engineer, he worked for over 10 years at the Aeronautics and Space Institute (IAE / DCTA). He has a solid background in Space Systems Engineering and extensive experience in Embedded Real-time Systems for space applications. His expertise is in Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) systems for Satellite Launch Vehicles.
Throughout his career of more than 30 years, Olany held prominent positions as Advisor in the aerospace area at the Secretariat of Strategic Affairs of the Presidency of the Republic (SAE/PR), General Coordinator of Strategic Technologies at MCTI, and was Executive Vice-President and Head of the Space Systems Division of the Space Systems Commission (CCISE), of the Brazilian Air Force. He was the Commander of the Alcântara Launch Center (CLA). He was Director of Operations (COO) at Spaceport Brazil, belonging to the American group Theia Group Inc.
In addition to these roles, Olany expanded his expertise by serving as CEO of Space eXpert Consulting (SpaceXC). Its client portfolio includes renowned companies such as Astra Space, Hyperion Rocket Systems (Theia Group Inc.), Innospace Company, and EMTech Global.
